Summary
The San Diego County Office of Education is seeking a highly motivated, caring professional to join us as our Camp Registered Nurse at Cuyamaca Outdoor School. The residential outdoor education program, in operation since 1946, is located an hour east of San Diego in Cuyamaca Rancho State Park, elevation 4,000 feet.
Under the direction of the camp principal, the Camp Registered Nurse oversees, maintains, and supervises the day-to-day operations of the health service program, which includes two health technicians, at Cuyamaca Outdoor School for up to 425 students and adults weekly. This position requires a current California Registered Nurse license.
Position Details:
Sept. 2, 2022, start date; $29.71- $37.92 hourly rate. Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, sick leave, paid holidays, pension, and more; 180 day, 10-month work calendar; meals provided during program; on-site housing available Monday through Friday.
