The Lead Outdoor Guide will plan and deliver nature-based, child-led experiences during our afternoon Outdoor Program that operates out of a city park year-round and in all weather.
Summary
Spark Montessori is an authentic Montessori school that seeks a lead guide for its Outdoor Primary (3-6 year old) Program. The Outdoor Program takes place at Horner Park and runs from 3pm to 6pm year-round in all weather. The Outdoor Program focuses on helping children to build a relationship with the natural world through freely exploring the park with the support of the Outdoor Lead as needed. During the Outdoor Program, the group may go on long walks, explore various natural play spaces, and take part in nature-related activities led by the Outdoor Lead.
