Salary: $52,000 - $60,000
Hours: 35 hours/week (Full Time)
Location: Hybrid, Blend of Remote and In-person
Supervisor Title: Executive Director

The role of the Piedmont NC (PNC) Region Director is to oversee all elements of Muddy Sneakers program execution and growth in the PNC region. The Director is tasked with strategic oversight of regional growth, finances, program sales, marketing, and region-specific partnerships. Direct management responsibilities include regional Program Manager(s) who, along with their team of Field Instructors, serve a subset of the region’s counties and their respective schools. The Director serves as the point person for all regional program strategy and educational partnerships (including Principal and District-level relationships). Additionally, this role works closely with Muddy Sneakers’ corresponding regional Development Officer and/or the organization’s Development Director to execute regional development strategies. The Director is responsible for the recruitment and retention of schools as well as the regional implementation of organizational evaluation and related processes for gathering data and maintaining quality control. The Director will also collaborate on the diversification of services, including regional partnership development and overseeing the delivery of any expanded services that could offer new revenue streams to the organization.
