This opportunity as our Program Logistics Coordinator is a great full-time role that that is year-round employment. It is a leadership role and is ideal for someone who has experience working with schools and programs in outdoor education settings. The Program Logistics Coordinator will be passionate about coordinating powerful outdoor educational experiences and will show a dedicated commitment to equity and working with a diverse team of professionals. You will work closely with the Director of Education and the Director of Programs to coordinate and develop educational programs for Outdoor Overnight Learning and Specialty Camps. This includes pre-trip coordination, development of program schedules, teacher debriefs, curriculum development and post-course student evaluations. The Logistics Coordinator develops and oversees Sierra Nevada Journeys’ eight weeks of summer camp programming including oversight of 12 summer camp counselors, scheduling, logistics, and communication.
