Summary
American Conservation Experience, a nonprofit Conservation Corps, in partnership with the National Park Service, is seeking ONE Interpretation Member to assist Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area's well-established summer day camp program partnered with nonprofit organizations and the YMCA. The member would also support and assist with programs presented to the general public. The ACE member would develop environmental education and interpretive programs under the direction of park staff and would lead these programs. This position would contribute to the development of a water safety campaign at the park as well as social media and park outreach.

Location: Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area in Atlanta, GA.
Living Allowance: The ACE Member is expected to contribute ~40 hours/week and will receive a living allowance of $400/week to offset the costs of food and incidental expenses, dispersed bi-weekly.
Housing: The ACE Member will be accommodated in dormitory-style housing at no cost for the duration of the term.
AmeriCorps: This position may be eligible for a 675-hour AmeriCorps Education Award of ($3,247.50) upon successful completion of service hours. Additional enrollment and volunteer service is required.
