Pacific Education Institute has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and engaging person to work with pre-K-12 educators in the East Sound-South region, supporting and empowering them to teach real-world science outdoors using our integrated learning model that engages students in locally relevant, outdoor, career connected STEM education. This is a full time, home-based position. Candidates are expected to reside within the East Sound-South region.

Summary

Pacific Education Institute is a statewide organization headquartered in Olympia, Washington. The East Sound – South FieldSTEM Coordinator is the regional point of contact for PEI, managing the implementation of FieldSTEM. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining partnerships with school districts, educational leaders, nonformal educators and local agricultural, natural resource and environmental science professionals to facilitate planning and implementation of FieldSTEM.
