Wildwood camp located on the shores of picturesque Hubbard Pond in southern New Hampshire, is a camp like no other. Assist in managing our camp and programs by being a nature inspired, energetic, and thoughtful presence within our community. Develop educational programs at Wildwood for summer camp and year-round programs with schools, scouts and more in accordance with Mass Audubon’s goals and objectives.

Summary

The Programs Manager/Assistant Residential Camp Director commits the majority of their time to coordinating the development and implementation of summer camp and core educational program(s) for Wildwood Camp in accordance with Mass Audubon’s Action Agenda strategic goals and Mass Audubon’s education frameworks, guidelines, and policies. Specifically, they are responsible for the coordination and oversight of the program development, staffing, marketing, evaluation and budget management in one or more specific audience and/or focus areas, e.g. school and youth programs, climate change education, adult education, etc. The Wildwood Programs Manager/Assistant Residential Camp Director supervises full-time, benefitted staff as well as seasonal/per diem educators. They develop and manage program specific budgets with support from the Wildwood Director, and assist with fundraising for signature education programs including grants development and implementation.
