Bowers School Farm (“BSF”) was purchased in the mid-1960s by Bloomfield Hills Schools (“BHS”) to be used as a land laboratory. It is housed on 90 acres within Bloomfield Hills. BSF is open daily and year-round for educational and community programs and events. Johnson Nature Center (“JNC”) is a 40-acre nature preserve that includes more than 2 miles of trails, a scenic four-acre inland pond, a sugar bush, and a visitor center.

The Early Childhood (“EC”) Programs Leader will provide leadership and oversight of local programs, clients, and participants focused on early childhood education. The EC Programs Leader will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation, expansion, and evaluation of farm- and nature-based early childhood education (ECE) programs and field learning experiences within BHS, in addition to leading community programs. 

COMPENSATION BENEFITS: Pursuant to the Conditions of Employment for Coordinator Staff and commensurate with
experience.
